The Presidential Preference Primary allows party members to vote for their preferred presidential candidate, influencing the delegation for the national convention.
The GOP supermajority passed an election law in June 2022 that eliminated the state-run Presidential primaries, becoming one of the first states in the country to revert to caucuses OR party-run elections.
To allow as many to participate as possible, The Missouri Democratic Party (MDP) will have a mail-in and in-person Primary!
