Remember the Fallen

We honor every service member who gave their life in combat or from the wounds they carried home.
Freedom has never been free. And for too many, the cost continues long after the war ends. Every veteran lost to suicide is a national tragedy — one we have the power and obligation to prevent.
Republicans in Washington are cutting critical services at a time when veterans need more support. That’s not how we honor sacrifice.
If we truly want to honor those we’ve lost, we must fight for the living.
Your Missouri Lawmakers Are Ignoring Your Vote!

State Representatives Davis, Irwin, and Gallick, and State Senator Brattin have shown they don’t respect the will of Missouri voters.
Last November, we passed Proposition A and Amendment 3.
But instead of honoring our votes, these lawmakers have already voted to overturn them.
Join us Thursday, May 22 at 6:30 PM
📍 Pleasant Hill Library
We’ll begin with a short business meeting, followed by:
âś… A recap of the Missouri legislative session
âś… A presentation from Respect Missouri Voters, a growing movement to protect our ballot initiatives.
Respect Missouri Voters is working to pass a new law that will prevent politicians from overturning what the people of Missouri have already decided at the ballot box.
Let’s stand up for democracy. Show up. Speak out. Demand respect.
Rush Hour Rally
Bring your signs and let Belton hear our voices!

All are welcome to attend. Come see how the committee operates, learn what we’re planning, and get involved.
Bring your questions, ideas, and strategies. This will be an open forum, a space to connect, share, organize, and stand together.

Cass County GOP Reps - Corporations Win, Working People Lose!

Missouri’s Republican supermajority steamrolled harmful legislation before Spring break—ignoring voters, weakening public education, and prioritizing millionaires and corporations over working families.
HB567: Cass County Rep. Sherri Gallick (Dist. 62) led the charge to override the will of 57% of voters who supported Prop A, blocking paid sick leave because it’s "too inconvenient" for corporations. Reps. Irwin (Dist. 55) and Davis (Dist. 56) backed her, choosing big business over their own constituents.
The pattern is clear: Corporations Win, Working People Lose!
